Notice of Pre-Hearing Conference

A pre-hearing conference in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 9:30 a.m, concerning TPE MD CE132A, LLC AND TPE MD CE132B, LLC’s application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct 2 co-located solar photovoltaic generating facilities totaling 4.9 MW in Cecil County, Maryland. The Projects are anticipated to occupy approximately 30 acres of a 175 acre-site located at 300 Williams Road, Elkton, Maryland
