Notice of Pre-Hearing Conference

A pre-hearing conference in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., via virtual platform, concerning TPE MD WI57A, LLC and TPE MD WI57B, LLC’s application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct two co-located solar photovoltaic community solar energy generating facilities totaling 9.98 MWac in Wicomico County, Maryland.

The proposed Projects do not have a 911 address but are located on property adjacent to 3608 Allen Road, Eden, Wicomico County, Maryland.

Barring technical difficulties, anyone wishing to observe the live stream of the hearing may do so via the Public Utility Law Judge Division’s YouTube channel, http://www.youtube.com/@mdpscpuljs327. At the pre-hearing conference, any preliminary matters and the establishment of a procedural schedule will be discussed.

Petitions to intervene must be filed on or before Thursday, October 22, 2026 and may be filed electronically through the Commission’s website at https://psc.maryland.gov, or by first-class mail with the Commission’s Executive Secretary, Andrew S. Johnston, Maryland Public Service Commission, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore, MD 21202, and must reference Case No. 9899.
