Notice of Virtual Initial Public Comment Hearing

The Maryland Public Service Commission will hold a public comment hearing to consider the applications of TPE MD SO19, LLC and TPE MD SO201, LLC for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) to construct two co-located community solar projects just outside the City of Crisfield, Maryland, near the intersection of Holland Crossing Road and Crisfield Marion Road and north of Crisfield Highway.

To sign up, under “Featured Topics” take the following steps: click on Public Comment Hearing Signup; click on Case No. 9783/9784; click on July 7, 2025; select 6:30 p.m. and click “next” then enter your name and email address; click “Schedule Event.” You will receive a zoom link for the meeting once you have completed the sign-up process. Written comments may be submitted electronically or by first-class mail through November 7, 2025. Comments submitted electronically must be submitted through the Commission’s Public Comment Dropbox, which can be accessed at www.psc.md.us. Instructions are available at www.psc.state.md.us/make-a-public-comment. Comments submitted by first-class mail must be addressed to Jamie Bergin, Chief Clerk, Maryland Public Service Commission, William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore MD 21202. All comments must include a reference to Case No. 9783 and/or 9784.
