Notice of Virtual Public Comment Hearing
The Maryland Public Service Commission will hold a public comment hearing to consider TPE MD KE77, LLC’s application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) to construct a 5.0 MW community solar electric generating facility at 12721 Bloomfield Road, Kennedyville, MD 21645.

Notice of Public Comment Hearing
The Maryland Public Service Commission will hold a public comment hearing to consider TPE MD SO19, LLC and TPE MD SO201 LLC’s application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) to construct two co-located community solar projects just outside the City of Crisfield, Maryland, near the intersection of Holland Crossing Road and Crisfield Marion Road and north of Crisfield Highway.
