The 3.2 MW DC GA29 Community Solar Project was awarded to TurningPoint Energy as part of the State of Maryland’s Community Solar Pilot Program. TPE developed the project and selected ForeFront Power as the long-term owner and operator and Cypress Creek Renewables as the EPC.

Gave back: The project is one of numerous MD Community Solar Projects completed by TPE since 2019. TPE and its partners have pledged more than $90,000 in community investment to local food pantries, emergency response service providers, schools, fire stations, and police stations as part of the development of these projects, including the local House of Hope and Friendsville Volunteer Fire Department.
